Fedora is installed and seems to be working. I've got my gnupg and ssh stuff transferred, along with my pass db, all from the Mac.
There are so many sharp edges when trying to share configs between macOS and Linux that I'm thinking of making a clean break with the ThinkPad and configuring things from scratch, as if my Mac doesn't exist.
